Nordic Sales Manager - Stockholm - Avslutad

The client company is an innovative, medtech company focusing on improving drug delivery and enhancing the diagnosis work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business unit strategically and operationally for the Nordic market according to defined targets/objectives
    • Monitor, influence, prepare and submit tenders where relevant in Nordic
    • Prepare and submit sales budget and forecast
    • Implement a value-added solution based consultative sales approach to customers, aligned to customer needs
    • Increase the size of the market and simultaneously increase market share to achieve accelerated growth
    • Establish and maintain personal contacts with key customers and opinion leaders; actively participate in relevant health associations
    • Manage and direct seven associates in Nordic; coach and develop the team; carry out all leadership responsibilities in accordance with company values, policies and guidelines

Education and experience:

  • Academic degree is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous sales experience is required
  • 1-2 years experience in leading, managing and developing people is required
  • Marketing experience is desired ?      
  • Previous experience from the healthcare industry is a plus as well as experience working with tender management
