Senior Vice President Commercial Operations - Stockholm - Avslutad

The client company is an innovative, specialised Life Science company developing a rich pipeline of molecular imaging and targeted therapy products within the cancer area. The company was founded 10 years ago and are located in Stockholm. It has had a rapid growth and are now expanding even more rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop marketing and sales organisation in Europe initially in Scandinavia, UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain
  • Sales accountability for Europe
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes in Europé
  • Responsible for marketing planning and activities
  • Responsible for marketing communication
  • Responsible for startegic and key account management

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience (10-15 yrs) Dx sales and marketing
  • Business experience from Life Science industry preferable MedTech/Diagnostics
  • International experience from marketing and sales, particularly from the Scandinavian and German markets
  • Experienced leadership capabilities and experience from running pan-european organisation
  • Small company understanding
  • Entrepreneurial ability
  • Well renowned in field with high ability to attract other key players in sales and marketing
  • Performance driven and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
