HR Compensation & Benefits Consultant - Stockholm - Avslutad

The HR Compensation & Benefits Consultant is supporting managers and leaders in compensation and benefits matters. The role holder plans and takes responsibility for performing activities and projects within the compensation and benefits area from a corporate view, including international assignments. To be able to come forward with high quality opportunities for the client company the selected candidate need to have detailed knowledge of the Swedish system and Swedish opportunities and obstacles in the compensation and benefits field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and give advice to other parts of the HR organisation in compensation and benefits matters, both salaries, other benefits, short term and long term incentives and statistics and benchmarks
  • Support and give advice to all managers in the Scandinavian organisation in compensation and benefits matters, both salaries, other benefits, short term and long term incentives and statistics and benchmarks
  • Accountable for compensation and benefits matters in the Swedish market
  • Accountable for international assignments, both policy matters, taxation rules and to identify and start up collaborations with external cooperating partners and suppliers

Education and experience:

  • Relevant education on a B.Sc. level
  • Experience of work with compensation and benefits matters
  • Have specialist competencies in the pension or insurance area or be a specialist in another relevant field
  • Experience of work with International Assignments
