Konsulent HR Compensation & Benefits - Copenhagen - Avslutad

The Specialist HR Compensation & Benefits is supporting managers and leaders in compensation and benefits matters. The role holder plans and takes responsibility for performing activities and projects within the compensation and benefits area from a corporate view, including international assignments. To be able to come forward with high quality opportunities for the client company you need to have detailed knowledge of the Danish system and Danish opportunities and obstacles in the Compensation and Benefits field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support and give advice to other parts of the HR organisation in Compensation & Benefits matters, both salaries, other benefits, short term and long term incentives and statistics and benchmarks
  • To support and give advice to all managers in the Scandinavian organisation in Compensation and Benefits matter, both salaries, other benefits, short term and long term incentives and statistics and benchmarks
  • Responsibility for Compensation and Benefits matter on the Danish market
  • Responsibility for international assignments, both policy matters, taxation rules and to identify and start up collaborations with external co operating partners and suppliers

Education and experience:

  • Relevant education on B.Sc. level
  • Experience of work with Compensation & Benefits matters
  • Experience of work with International Assignments
